Keep an eye out on the Amazon website because I returned a brand new one (never opened) to Amazon back on June 13. Amazon Returns definitely should have received it by now, if not days ago, and I imagine they should have it back out for sale by now.

yeah anyone think amazon or best buy will restock soon?

Yep. Just received a cancellation email.

So just wanted to post back that I was able to place an order today with Walmart. This past in stock was up for 20+ minutes. What I noticed was the link here still continued to show check store availability however I had another tab open where I had the controller in my cart. That allowed me to move forward to the next screen to enter address and payment. However for almost 20 minutes it would not let me finish the order and it would say it was OOS. However it kept letting me try to put the order through and then it actually confirmed. Right after that I saw the link from here in my other tab was no longer saying check store availability but listed three options of people selling for $100+ and distributed by walmart. I went back and look and my order remained $75. Told it will arrive Wednesday so I will follow up then or if my order was cancelled.

I don't know about fake, but certainly not reliable. Best buy has shown in stock for me for the last several days and the walmart goes in stock almost every single hour for 3-4 minutes. I'm curious what queries the site is running and also how walmart is managing their inventory. All the false alarms are getting annoying.

@zachary it’s not fake, I was able to get the TotK Collector’s Edition with this site. I think what’s happening with Walmart lately is that a local store gets one in, and the site flags it as in stock, but if it’s not YOUR local store, you won’t see it. I’ve been experiencing the same issue.

Keeps saying it’s in stock at Walmart but it’s not. Can’t add it to the cart at all.
