Sub-30 seconds end to end. We poll retailer endpoints (not their websites) every 30 seconds and fan out push notifications the instant a status flips. Web Push delivers in roughly 1–2 seconds; APNs and FCM are typically under a second on a warm device.
Will I actually beat scalpers and their bots?
Scalpers run their own bots, so being first to the cart is a race. Our notifications arrive faster than refresh-button checking and faster than aggregator email lists. We deep-link straight to the buy page so your tap-to-checkout window is as short as possible.
Which retailers do you monitor?
Target, Walmart, Amazon, and GameStop today. Best Buy and PlayStation Direct are next. Each retailer is polled through a residential proxy network so anti-bot defenses do not interrupt detection.
Is Restock Tracker free?
Yes — the public tracker and push notifications are free. A faster-tier paid plan may arrive later for sub-10-second polling, but the free tier will always cover everything you see here.
How does the tracker know when something restocks?
We query each retailer's product or inventory endpoint directly — the same calls their own website makes — and compare the response to the last known state. A real status flip writes an event and fans out via Redis pub/sub to every live tab and subscribed device.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Open the product page on your phone, tap Notify me, and accept the browser prompt. On iOS, Share → Add to Home Screen first so push notifications work.
